Knowledge and level of effort that are worth worth 4x what he charges. The guy worked twice as hard as my last attorney that literally changed me a retainer 4x what Mr Castle charged me. I can't say enough good things about this group of professionals. I know some will read this glowing review and... think it to be a shill or fake review, but I dont care. I wont give this review any less than Mr Castle gave me in court. I consulted with several attorneys before choosing The Castle Law firm. Mr. Castle was the only one that was willing to do the extra work and go the extra mile to get all the charges before I turned myself in. So I knew what I was facing before hand, to properly be prepared. That set the tone for the kind of service I received through out the entire case. Because of his effort he got me bail so cheap I could pay the bond without even going to the atm, then he got me a really great deal from the ADA. But I was dead set on clearing my name so we went to trial. The staff was always helpful keeping me updated and were easy to deal with. When the trial started I was able to see why Castle is known as the best damn trial lawyer in 3 county's. He stayed cool under pressure when the pretrial motions started. All the while I'm losing faith in the justice system with every motion the judge gives the prosecution. And the jury selection didnt make it look any better. By the time the ADA was done presenting the first witness I felt beaten. But not Castle. He reminded me, in not so many words, that it's not the luck of the draw the matters it's the way you play your cards, that count. Once the state rested their case, Mr Castle began to slowly present his facts. Strategically shining a light on the holes in their case. With every question he asked you started to see a whole new picture coming to light. It was not long after that, I felt the tide begin to turn in our favor. As the fact pattern developed you could see he was in total control of everyone's attention in that court room, it was like a general leading the army to battle. The closing argument brought the different pieces together the way a conductor brings together the instruments of an orchestra. He gave the jury a chance to see and hear past the smoke and mirrors presented by a prosecutor that seemed to care more about winning than he cared about truth... the only thing I remember after that is hearing the judge say "Not Guilty"

I was involved in a child custody case in which I had hired 2 previous attorneys. At the time of my separation I lived in Jacksonville, but moved to Maryland with my son. He guided me every step of the way and at the very end, he put everything he had together and we finally settled the case on my terms. He is not only an excellent attorney but a wonderful person who I am so blessed to have on my side throughout this time.

I went to trial with Mr. Castle for the charge of Robbery with a dangerous weapon. He worked hard with me and helped me to get a verdict of not guilty. He's the best representation I've ever had, and he is very focused and determined to win. The odds in this case were very much against us, and i thou...ght for sure i'd be convicted and sentenced to 6-8 years, but Mr. Castle remained calm the whole time and his advice and courtroom tactics are VERY effective. He was proactive about contacting my family about any updates and he came to see me every time I had a question or concern. Because of Mr. Castle, my innocence was proven in style. I HIGHLY recommend Mr. Castle to anyone with criminal charges. Like I said, the odds of my case were VERY much against us, but he was still able to help me win this case.
