Andrew helped me with a felony criminal case. As a first time offender, he worked very hard to use that to my advantage. He spent plenty of time making contact with all the appropriate officials to try to get the charges reduced/dismissed. He is very personable and makes you feel like your case is as... important to him as it is to you. I moved out of state while my case was pending and I was confident in him that he had things under control, his paralegal kept me informed. I first met this attorney a few years ago during a business transaction. I hired him in late 2011 to handle issues with my ex-wife. I did not have any money and he was good enough to take other items in exchange for his services. These exchanges were for things that he wanted. Initially, he would... ask me for car parts for his sports car since I used to have a similar model. When I did not have any of those parts, his focus was on the very few things that I had left of value. I wound up giving him two guns (a Kimber and a Glock), a $2000 home entertainment unit, $1000 cash, and some other items. I am still waiting for him to give me the proper paperwork and receipts for the things that I gave him. To this day, 17 October, this man has yet to get me any outcome in court. He basically stood next to me on two occasions and kept his mouth shut while the judge threatened to throw me in jail for something frivolous. Since March of this year I have documented over 100 (I cannot reveal the real number on here) phone calls that he has not answered in any way. His lack of effort, his blatant dishonesty, and his thirst to take advantage of my horrible situation has cost me my way of living, my career, my children, and my sanity. Instead of getting ANY results from this lawyer, I wound of with more legal trouble. Because of his lack to work or return phone calls, my ex-wife took my children out of the state illegally. In order to remedy that situation he wanted an additional $1500. My argument to him was "What have you done for me? You were supposed to prevent this. This is why I hired you". He cowered from me for over a month and hid behind his secretary and assistant. Today, I get the news that he has dropped me as a client. He did not have the gall to tell me himself. In hindsight, I know that I was desperate. He is a shark that smelled my blood as my ex-wife bled me dry. Now, I am being asked to leave the military, will likely be declaring bankruptcy, and my ex-wife has everything that I love and hold dear in my life; my two daughters. I warn everyone to stay away from this attorney at all cost. He will dazzle you with promises, but once he has your money he will not return your calls and only works for you at his convenience. I have recommended four fellow Marines to this man not knowing what they were in for. My heart weighs heavy knowing that they are receiving similar treatment at the hands of someone so disingenuous who leads a life to pray on others. I am ashamed to have recommended him and I will never make that same mistake again. My advice to those reading this: Do not be hasty when selecting an attorney. It is not their job to invest their emotions into your life, but it is their job to do right by you and treat you with respect. I was taken for a ride and lost everything and got absolutely nothing to show for it. Oh, to add to the drama, he was OVERPAID to handle my child support case. I had to call the agency myself only to find out that he has not returned their calls since March of this year!!! No wonder my paper work is in such disarray! The only thing left to do now is survive this episode of my life, save enough money to fight once again. No one deserves to have their life plundered by someone who has made it their responsibility to aid you.
