DUI Defense

Mr. Girdwood is as sharp as you can get. He got my license back immediately by understanding individual rights of those accused. Scott also understood the federal laws and parameters surrounding road blocks, license checks, and the legal measure that local law enforcement must prove to before legally... setting up those “routine block and stops”. If you want a lawyer who is studied, has a ton of experience, and understands strategy he is your guy. He is smarter then the guys and gals who play on the other team and does everything he can to get the win!

Extremely professional, put things in layman's terms for me and walked me through the entire process. He ended up winning my case and I have been referring everyone I know to him ever since.

Highly Recommend!!!!

I would like to say that Scott Girdwood is top notch in my book. I was faced with a DUI and was terrified of the legal ramifications, shame, embarrassment and affects that a guilty charge would have on my professional career as well as the impact on my family. Scott talked me through the entire proc...ess from day one through the successful dismissal of my case. I was pleased with my experience with Scott from the first phone call I made to his office. He is extremely professional and I felt 100% certain that he had my best interests in mind daily in pursuit of winning my case. His courtroom manner is exceptional and it is obvious that he is highly regarded among his colleagues. His expert experience and knowledge of the law was critical in my case and I am so thankful to have had Scott represent me in my case.
