Helen is the best immigration lawyer by far out there. I tell my friends she is a walking immigration law dictionary! Her knowledge is amazing. She has an answer for all questions, is very smart and super friendly on top. The entire application process went very well and extremely organized. You can ...trust them that they will double check and keep an eye an everything, so that its done 150% correctly. What I love about Helen is that she truly cares about her clients and their story. She responds very fast to emails even if she is on vacation. I am so glad I have found her and can highly recommend her to anyone who needs an immigration lawyer. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

Estoy muy feliz de haber conocido a Ms.Helen, es una mujer trabajadora y con muy buenos principios, es verdaderamente honesta porque ella revisa los casos individualmente y si hay un camino positivo en tu caso migratorio te lo dice y si no hay un camino positivo también te lo dice, no te hace gastar ...tu dinero en vano. Su arduo trabajo fue lo que hizo posible mi gran sueño de ser residente en este país y poder continuar mis estudios y trabajar libremente. Es una mujer sabia y sin tú pedírselo te dará consejos. Está en ti si tomarlos o no pero a mi parecer y experiencia son consejos buenos que te ayudarán a estabilizarte porque no es fácil, no es fácil dejar a tu familia, salir de tu zona de comfort para arriesgar todo por algo desconocido pero es cuando Helen viene y te muestra el camino. Esta mujer es bendecida y llena de sabiduría con un alma pura y sensible. Vale la pena la recomiendo al 100%.

As soon as we spoke to Helen, I knew that she would be the right fit for our family. She understood our needs and concerns and put our minds at ease immediately. She walked us through every step of the process and encouraged us all the way. Nothing was too much trouble and no questions went unanswe...red. Everything proceeded exactly as she had told us it would. My husband received his green card in February and my approval just arrived in the mail today. I don't usually write reviews but Helen deserves one. She filed VAWA Petition for me and was very helpful. Right before filing the case my father got diagnosed with Cancer in INDIA and I had to leave. This was a difficult decision because I had had overstayed my visa. Helen filed my case on an urgent... basis; got my I131 expedited and approved. I was able to come back after my father's death. My VAWA Petition has been approved and now I am waiting for my I485 Adjustment of Status application Interview. If it was not for Helen I would not be back today. Regardless of the result of Green Card Interview, I want to thank Helen for her prompt, knowledgable service. I am very happy that she is helping me with my case. Moreover, The way Mayra ( Senior Paralegal ) and Helen treated me during this time was amazing. I feel like family. They never rushed me. I remember once I had a question and I called at 5:00 pm. Helen was just leaving the office and she spoke to me for almost 30 minutes answering all my questions and queries. When my case was approved I called Helen and gave her the good news . During the conversation Mayra entered Helen's office telling that my case was approved she was so excited. That made me happy that they actually care. She always returns my calls and emails within a day time or so. She consulted with other attorneys on my case because none of her clients had travelled on a pending VAWA before. I liked her honesty. She never overcharged me also. Thank you Helen and Thank you Mayra for everything you have done for me. I wanted everyone else to know so that they could make the right decision for themselves. There are other excellent attorneys out there but mine is one of the best and I am proud of her.

I retained a lawyer in Wilimington to work on my immigration issue as well, Its been over a year already. I was his last client the evening me and my kids went to fill out papers and pay him. I paid him all the money he was asking from me, leaving with not even a few dollars to buy the kids McDs. I s...tarted to go back after I left because he did not give me a receipt. He was already close, so could not get it. The next day I call him and told him,he told me he would mail it and never did. So, I drove 100 mile back to his office with all my 3 kids, and the secretary would not give me receipt, even after I had just spoken with the lawyer about it.Even now that I call him and ask me about my application, he gives me the run around... I honestly think he kept the money and never sent my application. I really need to give his name and address so everyone knows that he is very dishonesty and not trustworthy at all.
