I don't usually write reviews but Helen deserves one. She filed VAWA Petition for me and was very helpful. Right before filing the case my father got diagnosed with Cancer in INDIA and I had to leave. This was a difficult decision because I had had overstayed my visa. Helen filed my case on an urgent... basis; got my I131 expedited and approved. I was able to come back after my father's death. My VAWA Petition has been approved and now I am waiting for my I485 Adjustment of Status application Interview. If it was not for Helen I would not be back today. Regardless of the result of Green Card Interview, I want to thank Helen for her prompt, knowledgable service. I am very happy that she is helping me with my case.
