David Andrew Creech

Founded in 2011, the David Creech Law Firm focuses primarily on immigration and nationality law and criminal defense. We are located downtown Wilmington, in close proximity to the state and federal courthouses, which allows us to efficiency serve the needs of our clients. We pride ourselves on customer service and treating each client as a top priority. We offer professional services at competetive prices and always seek to zelously advocate on our clients behalf. 

Attorney David Creech is a North Carolina native, born and raised in Greenville, North Carolina. Creech attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel hill, graduating in 2004 with a double major in history and international studies. After graduating, Creech worked for an industrial wholesale distributer, while also attending MBA classes at East Carolina University. Creech had always dreamed of being an attorney and realized that law was his true passion. In 2006, Creech began attending law school at the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. Creech graduated cum laude in 2009 and returned home to North Carolina to begin his legal career. 

Creech is a goal oriented individual who strives for excellence and who prioritizes honesty and integrity. He believed that a law degree would best equip him to help others in the world. Creech, who studied international studies in undergrad, has always been interested in learning about the diverse people, cultures and countries of the world. While in college, Creech studied abroad in Ecuador and Greece and he has traveled extenstively both within the U.S. and internationally. 

Creech is fluent in Spanish. This ability to speak Spanish, coupled with his education and experience in latin america, provide Creech with a unique skill set that allows him to better serve the latin american community and other foreign born individuals. Creech is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), the North Carolina Bar Association, and the New Hanover County Bar Association. Creech was selected by Super Lawyers as a "Rising Star" in 2012, 2013, and 2020. Creech, who is married with two children, enjoys fishing, hiking, sports, and spending time with his family.
