Tiyesha N. Decosta

Tiyesha is an attorney that took my case for divorce. I paid her a retainer. I met her at a rental office space, she didn't have any assistants, resources or deep level of law acumen. She prepared papers to be filled for my case and it contained a multitude of mistakes. I told her about the mista...kes and she downplayed the errors. I asked her the make the changes and she fail to make some significant changes that were flat-out things that were not true. When my wife got served, she pointed out the inaccuracies in the paperwork which killed Tiyesha's credibility with me and gave my wife confidence in her lawyer's defense against my filing. In short, Tiyesha is not a hard worker, she is limited in knowledge and experience and she doesn't follow up very well. She is not established and should not represent anyone in a divorce as she would put her client in a poor position to get what they want out of divorce. She does not have the resources to do investigation into adultery and financials.
