Ms. Sheek is extremely knowledgeable of the bankruptcy laws and processes. I served the last 14 months in federal prison, and Ms. Sheek was available to me during this time and was able to secure a recommendation of discharge from the trustee. There were many "wild cards" to my situation, and Ms. S...heek was able to navigate them with ease and integrity. During my 341 hearing, the trustee was adamant that the professionalism and thoroughness of Ms. Sheek's work was the sole reason for the discharge recommendation. I hired Kim last year and she delivered more than what I expected. Her staff is super kind and professionally discreet. I work out of town and take frequent flights so having a cut dry system of getting documents in was music to my ears. I met and hired the attorney with good hopes. I was surprised with her confident manner. Being of the belief to promise low and deliver high, but I thought maybe she is that good. Unfortunately her boast is only one of her down falls, she also lacks competence as an attorney. She failed to communicat...e in a timely manner and then would send hostile emails. She was frustrated by questions of clarity, but how can one know without asking. I did apologize for my long emails and my questions. But she decided to not provide good representation. It is the duty of an attorney to provide their best representation. I would suggest a different attorney. Attorney Sheek is not capable of offering consistent representation to her clients. She was out sick and never made up the time on my case. She fell behind and never acknowledged haphazard representation.

I hired this attorney and I wish I had not. She offer very poor legal representation. She made 3 major errors in my case. These errors strongly effected the outcome of my case negatively.
