Unethical
Mr. Bochiccio was not forthcoming about my Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. Assured me that ALL my property would be protected. Image my surprise when my car was repossessed late one evening. Bankruptcy
Like most people I was scared to admit my money problem. Once i got the courage up to contact an attorney, I was glad I contacted Joe. He is knowledgable not only about bankruptcy but because he has also been a banker, he knows both side of the issue. He made me very confortable with the process.
