William T. Medlin IV

I've had the pleasure of working with Will and his staff on a case pertaining to my minor son for over two years now. Every step of the way it he has always been competent, communicative, prepared and offered the most profound advice for my benefit. It's not just good enough to hire an attorney t...o represent you, you must hire someone who is competent with the laws in the state your case is being presented, Will is such an attorney. It is in my opinion that if you don't hire Will Medlin to handle your case, you're settling for someone less than you need and deserve to have as your legal counsel.

Without disclosing too much personal information regarding my child support/child custody case, I would like to say that Will Medlin at Horack Talley was my attorney and I could not have asked for a better person to represent me and the interest of my son. During any legal proceeding, an attorney is aided by the information you give them. Will listens and he understands; he makes the connection. His ability to organize and convey this connection, along with inarguable points, is what separates Will from the unfortunate attorney who is against him. Will was never too busy for me and I never felt rushed for time. Will was smart in a time of confusion; confident in a time of doubt; and assuring in a time of hopelessness. Will Medlin and his group were great to work with for my divorce. I had know idea what I had to do but he was able to teach me about the process, draft up documents for me to review with my ex for us to make changes or additions and then filed everything as needed. All consultations were quick and to... the point and I left knowing what I was to expect.
