Missy is the best!
I have come to this firm twice. Both times I won my cases. Missy was my last attorney and she made me feel confident about my child custody case. Her and her team were always responsive, assuring and KIND, which you need when facing stressful child custody proceedings. She’s professional, very knowledgeable and truly seeks the benefit of a child. I recommend 100%.

Would Absolutely Recommend Missy
I hired Missy to help me with my ex's threat to stop paying alimony a year before it was scheduled to end. Missy was amazing. I felt like she was on my side and had my best interests in mind at all times. She was professional, yet firm and aggressive. I had absolute trust that she was working for me and giving me the best advice regarding the situation. I would absolutely recommend Missy to anyone who needs a lawyer for family law issues. Very responsive and all around great to work with
I had the opportunity to work with Dominique 'Missy' Foard to update my child custody/child support agreement for a move out of state, and then a year later for a few questions that subsequently arose with my daughter's other parent. I am so impressed with Missy's response time, knowledge, warmth, and professionalism. There is no one else I would have rather handled the custody agreement updates. Mahalo Missy!

I certainly would recommend Dominique “Missy” Foard of SeiferFlatow for anyone who is seeking a lawyers/ law firm’s support. Missy assisted me with a family documentation issue and could not have been more polite, competent and professional. Both Missy and the paralegal (Brandi) always had my best interests in mind. Right from the start the first concern was to limit how much time and money I would have to spend to get the problem resolved. Missy did not hesitate in answering any questions and concerns that I had even going so far as to help me over the phone and not seek compensation. This of course cannot happen to everyone but it should reflect the kind of attitude that Missy and this firm has; to help their clients as efficiently as they can. Knowledgeable, friendly and fast
Excellent and reliable. I was overseas throughout the entire divorse process. They made it very quick and simple. Most of the communication was done via email and USPS. Amazing!!
I hired Missy for a Worker's Comp case. Her and her team were incredible! They did all the work and took the legal stress off of me so I focus on my recovery process. 5 Stars Aren't Enough
Finding Missy was everything to me. I went from feeling like I was in the dark and up against so much to knowing 100% someone so very capable was taking care of me and I had nothing to worry about. Anything I needed was there, any questions I had were answered. If I ever need anything she is the only person I will think of and I Iook forward to it if I do.

Great attorney and a wonderful person!
I don't have words to describe my gratitude! Missy is an outstanding lawyer! While going though a stressful year long custody battle over my daughter Missy's knowledge and experience in family law stood out with the invaluable counsel and guidance given. She is a rock in the courtroom and has a heart of gold outside and is very understanding of personal situations.
