Bethany Marie Mulhern

I am passionate about my work, I fight hard for my clients, and I work tirelessly to achieve the best results.

My mantra in life has always been, “you can either give up, give in, or give it your all.” Shortly after I was born, my dad took a risk and started his own business working out of our basement. My mom joined him and fearlessly embraced the journey of small business owners with a hoard of three young children. Whether it was my mom knowing how every client took their coffee or my dad’s all-nighters during tax season, from day one my parents taught me the importance of compassion and hard work. Today, these are values that I bring to my work and to my clients.

When I decided to pursue a career in law I was met with a lot of “why?” When I dedicated my career to Family Law I was met with even more “why?” What people often do not understand is that the answer to that question is my WHY. People come to me during one of the most difficult periods in their lives. They are looking for an ally, someone to trust, someone to encourage them to not give up or give in. These people and families are why I chose this career path – to help them weather whatever storm they are facing.

I understand the circumstances requiring a Family Law attorney can be emotional, and I strive to be there for my clients through the entire process. I take pride in giving my all to my clients every day. I will not let you give up or give in, and we will give your case our all, together.

Outside the office you can find me exploring Charlotte with my husband and our three dogs: Indiana, Jackson, and Logan (affectionately known as our wiggle pack). If I am not cycling, you might spot me running down Providence Rd. with the wiggle pack tethered at my side. As a Pennsylvania native I am a proud born and raised Pittsburgh sports fan, forever in competition with my Philadelphia husband.

I am admitted to the state of North Carolina Bar and the United States Direct Court, Western District of North Carolina.
