A dedicated Lawyer

I entered a malpractice lawsuit after a dentist failed to adhere to my wishes not to touch an embedded tooth that left me deemed dentally handicapped. I first consulted with Brett that came to my home and I knew after speaking with him that he was a no nonsense attorney looking out for my best intere...st. Brett's compassion and understanding helped me get through the process. I would recommend Brett to anyone seeking representation. I will remain forever thankful.

Great Combination of a Pitbull and a Mother Hen

Brett represented our HOA in a difficult and complicated lawsuit, combining an engaging aw-shucks attitude with a fiery, relentless pursuit to do the very best for his clients. Brett was born to be a trial lawyer, but is also a gifted mediator. His goal to make “sure that every client fares better o...n a case at the end of the day than the lawyer” was certainly true in our case. He also worked hard during the whole process to listen carefully to our concerns, keep us calm and keep us informed. We recommend him very highly.

Brett is the Best of the Best!

I met Brett during the darkest time of my life, mere days after my husband was killed by a drunk driver in an automobile accident. My children were injured in the accident as well, but thankfully, their lives were spared. I wasn’t sure what to do, but once I met Brett, I knew he was the right attor...ney for me and my family. He has consistently answered every question, text, email and phone call in a timely manner. He has gone above and beyond in every situation we have encountered over the last year. I have no doubt that the Lord divinely led is to him. I give him the highest recommendation and I am pleased to say that I truly consider him a friend. His attention to my situation and circumstances always made me feel like I was his only client. Through his hard work and dedication to my case, I now have full assurance that I can successfully care for my children in the years to come. I can never thank him enough for what he has meant to me and my family.

Satisfied Customer

Choosing a lawyer to represent you can be a stressful process. Attorney Brett Dressler and his Paralegal Michelle Marblo has been amazing to work with. Their knowledge and timely responses to my questions made it easy for me to understand what was going and they kept me informed every step of the way... with my case. Amazing team I would highly recommend them to represent you. Thank you!

Brett was very easy to work with. I liked very much that he does not have the STUFF SHIRT attitude. I was very pleased with the

results he got from the insurance company & the talks we had. I will use him again if needed.

Relationship: Co-worker

"I must say that Brett and I work in the same firm. Nonetheless, if I were to leave this firm tomorrow I would still refer family and friends to him if they needed someone that can be an aggressive pit bull, but do it in a caring and personable manner. If I were in a fight - I would want Brett Dressler in the fight with me. Plain and simple."
