I have had the need to engage with Mr. Brett Dressler on two occasions. One personal and one corporate, involving our S-Corporation. I have never worked with an attorney like Brett. He is clear, professional, compassionate, realistic, results oriented, and simply put-the best attorney I have ever wor...ked with. We had a business deal that almost cost us a very large sum of money due to the failure of the client to fulfill the tenants of the agreement. Brett was there every step of the way. He consistently got back with me in a timely fashion and guided me in how I might respond, getting involved when the time came to engage more deeply. He is a gentleman but he also doesn't fool around. After working with Brett on two occasions involving major cases, we don't call anyone else. Brett Dressler represented our family in 2 recent cases. The first was a business disagreement that involved a landlord and franchise. Brett sorted thorough the Franchise Agreement, communicated frequently with all parties and held firm to our beliefs about our position. He negotiated a settlement... far below what the opposing parties were proposing and literally saved our family business from being dissolved! The second was a more simple case involving a Homeowners Association challenge. Brett determined that the HOA rules were unclear and that they were not following state guidelines related to assessing fines. When confronted by Brett dialogue expanded and all fines were dismissed. We will put Brett in our corner if we have any future legal needs. He is compassionate with his clients but tough as nails when needed against his competition.
