Our petition for guardianship of parents was extremely time sensitive. Mark listened, directed and expedited our case and obtained a hearing for us within a window of 11 days. Mark reviewed two extremely large medical files on parents and found every thread of medical comments that was necessary to expediently obtain permanent guardianship at the very first hearing. His demeanor was amazing. His conversational skills with the mediator, other attorneys and all present was direct and extremely professional. We had no prior knowledge of him or his qualifications but knew as soon as we met him that he was going to successfully obtain our guardianship request.

Mark accepted a complicated guardianship case regarding my stepdad. He was quick to encourage us and put us at ease, and he represented us well through the entire process. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone or to call him again in the future. I honestly thought the process would be a nightmare but I was quite wrong.

He was always kind and helped me decided the right choices to make concerning my daughters trust fund. I appreciated his conservative choices as I am conservative as well. He always kept me informed and help move the case along quickly

Mark Gott is an excellent attorney and a gentleman. Drawing from his experience as a judicial hearing officer with the Office of the Clerk of Superior Court, Mark provides excellent representation in the areas of guardianship, foreclosure and related areas. Mark justly has the respect of his colleagues for his conscientious work and compassionate service to his clients. I refer a number of clients to Mark and have only heard positive feedback from Mark's representation. I recommend him highly as a trustworthy and competent attorney.
Jon Moore, Personal injury Attorney
Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter
I recently worked with Mark on a very complex case involving difficult questions concerning the status of beneficiaries to an Estate. Mark was extremely professional throughout, and very thoughtful in his approach to this matter in which he skillfully represented a young child. The representation extended not just to what was best for the child in the immediate context of the litigation, but also as to what was going to be best for her long-term support and financial assistance through her youth and into adulthood. I was extremely impressed with the thoughtfulness, diligence and professionalism that Mark displayed in his representation.
