Great service!

I have him taking care of my case since the beginning of 2022. He let me to know ahead that he's taking time with his case and that was fine with me. I finally have settlement approximately 20 months later. His team was very nice, helpful and the result was good. He always there when you have concern... or question . Just keep in mind that if you haven't heard from him for a while just need to call him as soon as possible to get it proceed or inform /updates quicker.

Dog Attack

Brett was referred to me by a neighbor. this type of case was one he was very familiar with. Brett was very easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and was very direct in what the process would be to file a case like this. I appreciated his honest assessment of a potential outcome. I wou...ld use Brett again and refer him to others.

Brett is the trial attorney you need to hire

In 2016, I was involved in a vehicular accident-- rear-ended by someone going 55+mph, I was stopped at a light. As the initial impact of a 4 car pile-up, the car I was driving looked like a ball of crumpled aluminum. In addition to a concussion, the accident in 2016 triggered crippling PTSD, acquir...ed from a catastrophic car accident that I had suffered in 1989 as a child. The concussion and PTSD suffered in 2016 eventually led to the end of my career as a highly-paid traveling sales rep-- I could no longer do the travel (panic attacks/anxiety), and my verbal skills had also been affected- not good for someone who's job it is to give presentations for a living. Even though I was in therapy/counseling, my capacity to manage stress had been compromised. In order for my brain to heal, I had to quit a job I loved, and had worked so hard to acheive. Initially, I had hired another attorney, who dismissed the severity of the PTSD and concussion, and suggested I settle for $5000- 1/20 the insurance limits on the table. I knew in my gut this was wrong, but the other attorney told me that's just the way it is, said the insurance companies are just terrible and will pay you as little as possible, and that no jury would take my claims seriously. Long story short, by the grace of god I found Brett, who validated my injuries, even proving it by hiring a neuropsychologist who conducted multiple tests, and confirmed the injuries. Brett was unafraid of a jury trial, and felt we had a very strong lawsuit. Although we did end up settling for just shy of the insurance limits, Brett was ready to go to court and fight if necessary. Brett was prepared, did extensive research and depositions, and prepared a solid case, which ultimately is why the insurance companies conceded. Brett is a straight shooter, and will give you clear and honest feedback and direction. He knows the system (which this IS a system), and can expertly navigate the situation in which you've found yourself. I highly recommend Brett, and trust his opinions and judgement. The three words I said to him most often were "I trust you". After you hire him, remember that he is the expert-- follow his recommendations and you'll have the best result possible. My 5+ years ordeal is finally over, and I'm so grateful that I found Brett as my partner in finding justice.

Intelligent, Knowledgeable & Responsive

My wife and I had no previous experience with personal lawsuits. In 2020, after the sale of our home, we received a complaint from a lawsuit filed related to runoff water in the backyard. We found Brett through a good friend. Brett has many positive attributes. He always responds, usually in minutes,... but always in the same day. Example, our first meeting was at night while he was on active duty. He knows the law and can quickly assess the potential outcomes based on the facts provided. Brett communicates with confidence and gets to the point. He has been practicing long enough to know opposing counsel and assess their approach to the issue, anticipating an appropriate defense based in the law. Our case was solved in a mediation meeting. The outcome was a solution that allowed an economic gain after all costs including his legal fees without a trial, a rare outcome for a defendant. We highly recommend Brett Dressler.

Wish we had come to Brett Dressler first

Brett is an amazing attorney and the best advocate you could have in your corner. Our case had been stagnating for a couple of years, with mounting legal fees. Luckily, someone we trust recommended Brett Dressler to my wife and I. From the moment we met with him, we knew he was going to look out for ...our best interests and provide us with sound advice along the way. Not only did Brett listen to my wife and I, he got others to listen too. He was able to cut through the nonsense and get down to the substance of the problem. He did not waste his time nor ours on things that didn't matter and helped keep us focused on the big picture. He partnered with us and and fought for us. Brett, is incredibly smart and not afraid to be bold. We felt very violated and wronged in so may ways by our situation. In Brett, we had someone on our side who cared about doing the "right thing". Brett is not just a great attorney, but a good and decent person as well. Thank you Brett!

"I must say that Brett and I work in the same firm. Nonetheless, if I were to leave this firm tomorrow I would still refer family and friends to him if they needed someone that can be an aggressive pit bull, but do it in a caring and personable manner. If I were in a fight - I would want Brett Dressler in the fight with me. Plain and simple."
