Biography
Ed Martin, Esq.,is one of our Charlotte personal injury attorneys, bringing a unique perspective to personal injury advocacy from his experience as a criminal defense attorney. Ed began his career defending those accused, fighting for the rights and liberty of individuals in North and South Carolina. Ed brings extensive courtroom experience and a deep understanding of the criminal justice system to the personal injury landscape. This knowledge has given him the unique ability not only to advise his clients but also to zealously advocate on behalf of his clients against the insurance industry.
Beyond his legal career, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and playing softball, golf, and pickleball. Ed also enjoys getting together with friends, trying out new restaurants, and exploring Charlotte’s growing brewery scene.

Car accident
Help settle my case in a timely manner and smoothly. When I wasn't able to come to the office he came to my house and explained more about my case in depth. When my case closed he explained the final process so I could have clear understanding of everything.
