Review

Heather is an awesome attorney. She gave me good advise to settle my claim and is warm and friendly. I also got to meet Mike and Eddie and they were fantastic. When you walk in the door of this law firm, you feel like you are in good hands.

A friendly, dedicated legal advocate and overall great person to work with.

Heather represented me following an automobile accident where the other driver ran a red light and crashed into my vehicle. Working with the insurance company is difficult; working with Heather was a breeze. She is dedicated, patient and thorough. I was kept up to date on my case and informed of the ...options available to me throughout the entire process. I'm am extremely pleased with the level of service Heather afforded me and the end result she was able to produce in terms of the settlement. I would definitely recommend her for any legal needs you may have.

Let me start out by saying that I heard about Knox Law Firm through a friend at work. In my profession word of mouth means a lot. I was injured on the job and went through several long months of pain, and one surgery and months of physical therapy, and if that wasn’t bad enough trying to deal wit...h HR was ridiculous. I have never used an attorney for anything before this. I met with Mr. Knox and Heather to discuss what I had been going through. They explained what they could do for me and how they could help me. I retained their services and they went right to work. They took all the stress of my plate. To my amazement, they did everything they said that they would and under a month they got me the settlement that I deserved. I can’t say thanks enough to Heather and Mr. Knox for a great job and would recommend them highly.

I always knew the facts about what was happening in my case. Heather was straightforward and honest throughout and I knew she always had my best interests in mind. She never made a promise that she couldn't keep and the outcome was much better than I had expected. I would hire her again in a heartbea...t.

Heather is excellent!

I was injured in a car accident in June. I contacted Heather regarding my accident and she was able to help me get a settlement. It was a quick turn around too. She is very professional & I highly recommend her!
