I hired the Wilson Law Firm to help me with my workers compensation claim. Attorney Wilson was very, very helpful and I was very pleased with the result. It was a long and frustrating process but I don't know how I would have done it by myself. I've had other attorneys in the past, but I'd rate Mr. Wilson as one of the best I've used!
The negative review sounds like very sour grapes from a former employee at the Wilson Law Firm. I nearly fired the firm over that employee on more than one occasion - once that employee left I decided to stay, and I have to say the service got even better!

I hired Greg to handle my workers' compensation claim. I was hurt pretty badly. the carrier was paying my bills but I got an attorney "just in case". When things started to go bad and I needed the attorney, he was never in the office and it took forever to get return calls from him. I would leave messages with his paralegal Patty, who was nice, but it seemed like she was covering for him. She tried to help me, she was very knowledgeable and she explained alot, but some things we just needed the attorney for, and he wasn't around. Then one day Patty was gone - and I had to deal with "Bud" aka Greg's dad. He seemed to be a double talking shister. He tried to act like he knew what he was talking about, but he didn't and again, I never got to talk to Greg until just before my mediation. When we had the mediation it almost seemed like Greg didn't even know anything about my case - I settled my case, not based on his advise, but the advise of the mediator. He seemed smart. Then it seemed to take forever. It supposedly took three weeks to get the paperwork. I heard the other lawyer tell him he'd have it there that day. Again, when I called, he wasn't in the office. I'm glad it's done. If I ever need another attorney, I will go elsewhere. I just found it unprofessional.
