Ms. Ryan was very helpful in my case , I was nervous about the law and how custody would go. I have her all my issues and how I would like to see the out come. She more than exeeded my expectations and walked me through the process and made me feel like there was hope and she was very organized and f...amiliar with my case pretty quickly. Ms. Ryan is an EXCELLENT attorney and worth every dime. She works hard for her clients, has a very thorough understanding of not just the law but how the court system works. She makes every effort to ensure her clients understand both sides of the options presented in an effort to help them make info...rmed decisions. She works tirelessly and is dedicated to helping her clients receive the best outcome possible in very difficult circumstances - in my case, a custody dispute. I have recommended her to several friends and will continue to do so. She is excellent and helped me through a very trying time as a father but she ensured that if I followed the process that outcome would be in my favor and on 4/17/2017 it did and I was awarded full custody of my daughter.

Ms. Ryan gave me great hope when I first met with her that we would be able to fight for some issues I was having with my verbally abusive situation. She did help me get my divorce wrapped up which was important to me, but after my first consultation, I felt like she kept saying we could keep fightin...g, but I probably would not get anywhere and it would just cost more money. I felt like I had presented myself and my situation quite well at our initial meeting. I was already part way through my divorce when I went to her, and I got the feeling she just wanted to use the document my previous attorney had already drawn up with adjustments I could accept. Once I gave conceded to moving out of state, this was especially true. I am now having problems collecting child support and my children are living part-time in a situation where they do not even have their own bedroom and one sleeps on the floor. I had to wait 6 months to prove residency. This is very frustrating to me, and if I had fought for custody, as she had originally said she would help me to do, even for a few more days per week, they might not be in this situation as much. I will say she was always very polite, and the staff is very kind and wonderful in the office. They return calls and emails promptly. I guess I would just advise you to stick to what you agreed to in your initial consultation if that is what you really want. Ms. Ryan was better than my first attorney who ignored my case for months, but I felt like a lot was and still is unclear to me about what my options were.

I first saw Caitlin in action with another case while I was waiting for my TPA hearing in late 2015. After my TPA I wasn't too confident in my previous lawyer at the time. So I chose to have a consultation with her and while talking about my situation she caught some important things that my old law...yer missed. I hired her immediately, I just felt confident with our conversation and direction. She provided great feedback and suggestions. She will give you an honest opinion on situations, she isn't like other lawyers- she will consider your financial situation and give you options and her recommendations when dealing with difficult situations and what you could be potentially spending and the risk. In difficult times she would advise you to still do the right thing in regards to co-parenting- child custody cases are the most emotional cases to deal with so her patience was appreciated. In my experience her honesty and integrity won me over! she is very sharp, very prepared and will fight hard for you- I highly recommend Caitlin!
