My experience with this law firm! I kept a contract with this buffet and the truth is my experience was not the best! after 2 years and 8 months handling my case, appointments, calls, information and supposedly everything was going well, they gave me the news that they cannot continue in my case be...cause I had to go to litigation, which they could not assist me with, I looked for a lawyer by sea, land and air, including those that the buffet recommended to me and unfortunately no lawyer could take my casebecause the time was too short for them to take on a lawsuit!?? In short, today was my deadline to apply for said lawsuit, my state of physical, mental and economic health is in crisis !! so you have to know who to look for to represent a lawsuit at this time, it's a horrible experience in my life!! There are many unanswered questions here!?

I was rear ended in June of 2014. I tried to work with the persons Insurance Company but grew wary of all the delays and felt that I would not receive any payment for lost wages and pain and suffering. Jared was exellent at explaining the entire process and was willing to take my case even though it ...was not a large injury case. Jared and his staff were most responsive ib checking up on my medical condition and really made me feel comfortable. The best part is that I did not have to waste any more time dealing with the insurance company. I would highly recommend them for any personal injury situation.

I would highly request Pierce Law firm. I had a speeding ticket in NC in November 2012 as an out of state visitor. I emailed they and got a warm but professional response from them. They kept me informed of the entire process that was taking place. Before my court date in February 2013 they told me a...bout all my options and all the potential outcomes that were possible. It was a reassuring experience for me being out of state and all communication occurring via email and phone. Also it was my first time contacting a lawyer. The fee was very reasonable. Even after my case was done I contacted them for more information via email and they helped me. They were able to get my speeding ticket to a non moving violation. However, I had no a clean record before so I am sure sometimes result may vary. Over a year later I had such a great experience with them that I contacted them for help for another matter. They helped with that also. Hence, the reason for the review. Their payment process was also very smooth. Pierce Law firm was extremely responsive and kept me well informed.
