Biography
Kevin Ginsberg is a graduate of UNC Chapel Hill and has been practicing law for more than 15 years. In his years of practice, he has managed to settle many client cases outside the courtroom through generous settlement deals, but he is always prepared to take a case to trial if it is in the client’s best interests. Like any good attorney, Kevin believes the attorney/client relationship is sacred. Medical malpractice / wrongful death.
Kevin handled our case when our 6 year old son died due to medical malpractice. He kept us well informed about what was happening legally and guided us in what steps to take. He treated us as family and was always a phone call away if we had any questions. Very down to earth with a since of humor yet...
