My practice focuses on helping individual clients with Veterans benefits and Social Security benefits. We also assist our clients with basic estate planning issues.
I am admitted in all courts in North Carolina as well as all three Federal District Courts in North Carolina. The Department of Veterans Affairs has accredited me as a representative and I am admitted to the Court of Veterans Appeals.
Over time I began to see that my clients with disabilities and veterans were not obtaining all of the benefits that they may be entitled to and that they were not putting plans in place to protect their families in the event that they become incapacitated or pass away. As a result, I began offering additional estate planning services to these clients.

Which made things that much easier. I felt like she actually cared about her clients and I'm glad she...

Great Lawyer
Ms. Lunn was great! Her assistant was very nice and they both answered all of my questions. I could call as many times as I wanted and they always talked to me and let me know what was happening with my case.

I wasted 7 months of waiting for Elizebeth to do anything. I contacted Elizabeth back on October 2023 in reference to having her take my case so I could apply for TDIU. During that she recommended that I should apply for a multitude of claims in what appeared to be shot gunning in hopes that somethi...
