Great Choice! Highly Recommend!

Our son received a speeding ticket while away at college in NC. We were inundated with letters from attorney offices offering their services. My husband spoke to several on the phone and we chose Lawrence Kissling. It was the best decision we made. Mr. Kissling was professional, very efficient and... communicated our case status via email. His office was readily available for questions and responded in a timely manner. They were always pleasant. His prices were reasonable and all inclusive. No hidden charges. He told us up front the possible outcomes. Our son did have to attend a driving class. Mr Kissling worked diligently to get us the most favorable outcome possible - a reduction in the speeding charge and a Prayer for Judgment Continued allowed by court. That meant that while our son was guilty of speeding the court does not enter the conviction. This spares the defendant of paying fines and from receiving driver's license points and insurance points. A more favorable outcome than we had hoped for. Very grateful for the work Mr. Kissling did on our behalf. Highly recommend!

Good

I hate lawyers and tend to think they our overpaid worthless pieces of crap manipulating our financial system through the law. However hiring Mr. Kissing to handle my traffic matter for me because I was out of town was a great decision. He communicates effectively by email and he charged a reasonable... price without giving up quality service.

Would HIGHLY recommend.

I got my first high speeding ticket and was so stressed out. I couldn't get off work, so I decided to look up different lawyers. The hundreds of letters that flood the mailbox can be overwhelming, but I gave Kissling's office a call first. The person answering the phone was helpful and after calling ...some other firms, I decided to go with Kissling because (1) Their prices were competitive and (2) They gave me a MUCH better legal plan of action (one firm made it sound like it was inevitable that I would get a penalty) Just 1-2 days after my court case, I received an email update from Kissling stating that my miles had been dropped to just under 10 over and also a prayer for judgement had been suggested and accepted. Thus NO point penalties or changes in my insurance. The person who answered the phone had been very confident and told me that based on my record (1-2 tickets only all under 10 over) that they were confident they could get my 72 mph in a 55 mph reduced and everything happened as they said. Because of the ease of contact, professionalism and ofcourse awesome outcome, I highly recommend them

excellent help

Mr. Kissling did a great job. He was easy to work with and got my ticket reduced. It was worth it to hire him and have him appear for me in court. A lot less hassle. Answered all of my questions and concerns.

Typically in this case the lawyer's poor behavior is exposed to the public in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.

Lawrence’s comment:

“This was for failure to comply with the requirements for direct mail advertisement. It had nothing to do with completing cases or dealing with clients.”
