Biography
,As a child, I watched family and friends stumble their way through the legal system. From disheartening custody battles to cheating spouses to illegal evictioins, the legal system undoubtably captivated my attention at a very young age. What really commanded my attention is that I recognized the consquential results people can face when they travel their tumultuous legal journey alone or without the assistance of competent and fearless counsel.
The inequities I witnessed as a child has caused me to become a passionate advocate for excellence and a ruthless purveyor of positive results. Every time I step into a courtroom, my personal goal is to ensure that all parties are treated fairly and competently during an already challenging time in their lives.
I am a proud triple graduate of North Carolina Central University and have received the following degrees:
- Bachelor of Science, Criminal Justice with Concentration in Corrections (highest honors)
- Bachelor of Science, Family & Consumer Science with Concentration in Child Development & Family Relations (highest honors)
- Juris Doctorate
