I came to Attorney Jackson highly stressed with a DUI charge. I was referred by an Excellent attorney that helped me with a previous charge that no longer practice these types of cases anymore. I was really stressed, to say the least. I couldn't communicate much because it was hard to refrain from cr...ying. I just knew my life was about to change forever, due to these pending charges. I honestly disconnected from this case entirely just to be able to function, which didn't give Att. Jackson much to work with. However, Mr Jackson seemed forever optimistic. So much so, I honestly thought he was just trying to give me false hope, thinking this must be what attorneys do to make you feel good about spending your money on hopeless cases lol. Seriously; Attorney Jackson saw possibilities, scenarios, hope, and strategies, in every part of my case. Nothing was to small to argue. I was very sceptical, I prayed a lot, and prayed for a dismissal. The state trooper came to every court appearance even though he had been reassigned to a a new area( Att. Jackson anticipated). Finally, after over a year of continuances, we finally had a trial. I was" shaking in my boots". I was of little to no help. I had even refused to watch the the recording of myself during the incident with my attorney before the trial. Even worst, of course the state trooper was there bright and early.. Attorney Jackson jumped into action once the trail began, it was like a switch turned. The trooper he laughed, joked, and spoke highly of, he thoroughly and effectively crossed examined. Attorney Jackson left no stone unturned, he brought law books and all. I was so impressed. I was thinking to myself before the trial was even over that I would recommend him to everyone because he truly gave his all.. Well lets just say I was not convicted of a DUI, just failure to reduce speed due to an accident I was involved in. I know this was long, and i never do reviews, however, believe me when i say Attorney Jame Jackson is worth every penny, and he will indeed fight "tooth and nail" for you in every way.

I was referred to Mr. Jackson and so glad I was. I had been charged with a DUI which greatly could have affected my life and livelihood. Another attorney in the area had told me to take a plea. After contacting Mr. Jackson he thoroughly looked though my case at all the details and just could not beli...eve another attorney was not willing to fight for me. Advised me the best route to take. None the less I was found NOT GUILTY. Thanks to an attorney who CARES someone willing to go above and beyond for his clients. I can not thank you enough.

DUI- Not Guilty! I am a teacher and made a mistake that I could not afford. I was extremely lucky to have met Mr. Jackson. If you need a lawyer, I 110% recommend Mr. Jackson. My honest expectation was that I was going to hand over legal fees for average/run of the mill service that would walk me thr...ough the ordinary steps. This was not the case! From the moment that I called his secretary Leigh at the office, I was guided by caring compassionate people. Leigh answered all of my questions and guided me step by step. Leigh also mentioned that Jamie would fight "tooth and nail for you". This was absolutely the case for me. I felt that he treated me excellent and put more time and energy into my case than it was worth for the money I spent. When meeting Jamie I was met with a kind, caring and intelligent man. This was not what I was expecting. During my initial consultation, I was not rushed at all. I actually thought I was taking too much of his time. He took extra time to get every detail, ask me questions at every angle and later took the time to look through all videos and evidence with a very fine tooth comb. You can tell as you talk to him that he is extremely intelligent and a very fast thinker that knows the laws inside and out. As he discussed my case and asked me questions, I could tell that he was looking at every angle of every step. I am glad that he took the time out of his day to do this, because with the questions that he asked he was able to strategically have multiple angles to work on my behalf through my case. I was so appreciative for his time that he gave me because many lawyers would be happy to take your money, give you the usual talk and send you along your way. This happened to my brother by a different law firm. Even with Mr. Jackson's other personal obligations that he had that evening outside of his work, he continued to move forward with me to get every single detail that he could. He pulled and pulled more details out to give him everything he needed for a successful case. Guess what? It worked!! He battled for me in the court room in a very intense trial for over 3 hours. All witnesses and police showed up. He won! All I can say is that he was brilliant, intelligent and caring. Both Mr. Jackson and Leigh walked me through the process from the beginning to end with updates in between to help settle my nerves. Very kind office with TONS of knowledge. I highly, highly recommend James Jackson!
