Speeding ticket

Stacey Phipps was able to reduce my speeding ticket and use my PJC to keep it off my insurance and save me a lot of money. Would definitely recommend her (and will)!

Highest Recommendation for Exceptional Attorney

I retained Stacey Phipps to represent me in a personal injury matter. Even though I am also an attorney, I do not practice personal injury law and knew that I needed an attorney with specialized expertise. Ms. Phipps was highly recommended to me by fellow attorneys who were familiar with Ms. Phipps... excellent work. I was thoroughly impressed with Ms. Phipps and her extensive knowledge of personal injury law. I was even more impressed with her communication skills. Attorneys are often criticized for failing to promptly communicate with clients. Ms. Phipps was always accessible, and was especially good at providing me with information and updates on a timely basis. Perhaps most importantly, Ms. Phipps was honest and forthright about what she could and could not achieve for me. I appreciated her careful and thorough analysis of the legal issues and the manner in which she presented the various options as to how we might proceed in order to maximize my recovery. I always felt that Ms. Phipps was putting my interest ahead of any other considerations, including her own financial gain. Stacey Phipps is a capable, compassionate and ethical attorney. I am pleased to give her my highest recommendation in the hope that it will help potential clients feel confident that Ms. Phipps will be an effective advocate for their legal interests.

Excellent Attorney

I got a will, power of attorney, healthcare power of attorney and advanced directive/living will prepared by Stacey. Upon meeting her, she was very professional and friendly. The documents were prepared timely and everything was conveniently done in her downtown office. The whole experience from star...t to finish gave me a sense of peace and I felt really good about choosing her as my attorney. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who is looking to create a will.

Another Attorney Not Being To Help And Assist Me...

I contacted this attorney as I have 2 cases with merit and are within the timelines to commence civil litigation. The attorney responded to me quickly by email however there as more information what they attorney could not do for me versus what the attorney could do to help and assist me. It seems t...o be a growing trend on this legal website that 9 out of 10 attorneys when you contact them most of them do not have positive information to retain them for your pending cases with merit. I am going to look at other sources rather then this website to seek legal representation for whatever legal cases I might have in the future. Why have a legal website like this when every time a person uses it to look for legal assistance no results can be obtained...?

will preparation

In the middle of our will preparation, my father-in-law had a fall which derailed our focus out of town for a while. Stacey Phipps kept in touch and was very patient with our time. I would return to her for any other services we may need in the future.
