Hart Miles

I have NOTHING bad to say about Hart! Being that I have never had to go through the process of hiring a lawyer, showing up to court, etc. and the fact that I was living out of state I assumed this was going to be a painful process. I was lucky to have Hart as he made the whole situation as pain...less as possible! From following up on steps I needed to take to walking me through all the trial processes. He worked extremely hard and ensured a level of comfort I'm not sure I would have found with anyone else.

My best friend hired him over 17 years ago and I never forgot the name Hart Miles. The words of my friend, "he will use his heart and go miles for you". Today those are the word...s I want to pass along to you. As the gears of justice are turning slowly you need someone willing to go the distance for you, that's exactly what Hart did for me! Hart really knows his stuff and has tons of experience behind him. He is classy and tactful in the courtroom and a real straight shooter when it comes to the intricacies of your individual case. The court moved up my dates twice giving (me personally) little to no notice, Rachel made sure I was aware so I could appear. Without these two on my side, this monster known as criminal justice could have swallowed me whole. I am extremely thankful for the hard work that was put into my case and chances are, you will be too.

Hart Miles is a truly honorable man with keen legal skills; he is also very articulate and can think on his feet and look at arguments and procedure from unique angles.
