Exemplary Service
I am facing a serious drug-related offense. Mr. Smith was professional and knowledgable from the get-go and utilized his connections and expertise to acheive a resolution I did not believe was possible. I have had many experiences with attorneys over the years and this was by far the best I've had. Roger is accessible and easy to talk to; very thorough and makes clear that he is dedicating all the resources he can to my case. Another difference I noticed between Roger and other attorneys is that he treated me with respect and did not talk down to me or make me feel as though he had better things to do. This combined with the fact that he is a world-class attorney made this experience the best I've had. Roger made an extremely difficult situation much, much more bearable.

A very caring and campassionate attorney Mr. Smith Jr.
I wanted to thank Roger Smith Jr. he is a excellent attorney and knows what he is doing. I was arrested for DUI in May, I felt as if I had been trapped into corner unfairly by the Raleigh Police, I know it's said a lot but I actually was really not under the influence of anything. I contacted Roger about this he not only took the case but he listened to me and the stress this caused. I called him a lot and he always returned my call the same day and took the time to ease my mind. Today the charges were dropped by the state in this case. I cannot thank him enough for his commitment to me and my case.
