Roger helped me after I was charged with both a felony possession schedule II controlled substance charge and a simple possession schedule VI controlled substance charge simultaneously. Roger was beyond professional throughout my entire experience and found a path of resolution where the charges were... ultimately dismissed and eventually granted expunction. I came to him on one of my darkest days and he was the ray of hope and sunshine I needed. A few things that stood out to me: -Always accessible and a high touch communicator. Roger Smith Jr. is a phenomenal lawyer and a great person. He took on my DWI case and he even drove to the scene where I was arrested and took a picture of the intersection. I had been arrested on a private street and I was ultimately found not guilty, as you have to be driving on a public street t...o be arrested.
