The absolute best there is!

From the day that I first met Marcia, I knew that she was going to be "the one me". She listened to everything I had to say, and asked questions to help clarify. You could tell she was not listening as a formality, but that she was listening to actually hear what I had to say, and this was very r...efreshing. Marcia made no promises as to what she could or could not accomplish for me in the court room, only that she would do the very best that she could to represent me. This was also so very nice because I had had previous counsel that had many false promises as to what they would be able to accomplish on my behalf. Marcia met with me a few times between when I hired her, and my court date. This was reassuring to me because it showed me that she had not forgotten about my case, and that she cared to give my case attention outside of the courtroom. Again, just very comforting. Finally, it was time for my day in court. I was very nervous as this was not my first custody hearing, and others had not gone as I had hoped. Marcia was just amazing! She was able to help calm my nerves while hitting home runs at the same time. She focused on the issues that needed to be addressed, not straying off. She presented on hard facts and documents into evidence for the judge, no pictures or anything like that. And WOW! I was just so impressed. At the end of the trial I came out with more time with my child than I have ever had the privilege of enjoying, and I know that a major factor in that was Marcia! I would not be enjoying this arrangement without the hard work and dedication that Marcia and her team put into my case. Words will never be enough to thank them for what I have now. If you are looking for a lawyer that will give you time, dedication and attention, then look no further; Marcia is the one that you want! She is sweet in the office and spectacular in the court room, and you definitely want her on your side.

A Lawyer Who Cares

Marcia Stewart went above and beyond for me and my children in my divorce and child custody case. She was always there when I needed information, or got into a situation I didn't know how to handle. I can't imagine how things would have turned out if she hadn't been on my side. She helped me, the ...Father of two young children, obtain full custody of both of them. I will forever be grateful for her help, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for legal help.
