Ultimately its about results and Marcia won joint 50/50 custody for me against my spouse who felt me having little to no time with them was more appropriate. From day one I was told by others that the facts did not automatically allow for a working father to share equal custody with a stay at home mom with the kids being so young so it seemed to be an uphill battle. Marcia fought for me and did what she needed to do to get me equal custody and I am very thankful for her work.
