Jeffrey M. Cook

I have worked as senior staff attorney for the Bankruptcy Administrator for 8 years and before starting my practice representing debtors and creditors under Chapter 11.

After many years experience reviewing cases in bankruptcy, I now work at helping people and businesses reform and reorganize their debt outside of bankruptcy, still having bankruptcy available as an option.

As Senior Staff Attorney to the Bankruptcy Administrator, I reveiwed cases for abuse and prosecuted for such. I now represent individuals and businesses as debtors and creditors in Chapter 7.

Though bankruptcy currently makes up the bulk of my practice, I have practiced in many other areas including taxation, corporations, estates, criminal defense, civil litigation and appellate work. As such, I still represent clients from time to time in these areas.
