Truly a great team!

I was incredibly nervous about filing for bankruptcy, but Philip Sasser made a scary situation completely endurable. If you are looking for a bankruptcy attorney, look no further. From our first meeting, Philip treated me with dignity and took the time to explain every step of the process; he never r...ushed our meetings, and I never felt like just another case number. Beyond Philip’s expertise, his staff also deserves a huge shout-out. They are organized, responsive, and incredibly helpful with all the moving parts of a case. The office kept me updated every step of the way, providing a level of personal attention that is rare to find. If you’re looking for a team that is not only legally brilliant but also genuinely compassionate, I cannot recommend this firm enough. A truly fantastic team!

Best Attorney

I did a consultation with him and was sold. The office staff is absolutely amazing. they're very professional and responsive. I see complaints of attorneys not responding to their clients, not the case with this office. I had multiple questions and they were answered in a timely manner. Thank you Mr.... Sasser and Team for your dliigence, knowlesge and professionalism.

Very helpful

I really lucked out when I chose Sasser Law firm for my bankruptcy. I have known a few people that have went through the process and feel I received more helpful advice. I was hesitant to file bankruptcy but had followed some of their suggestions after my initial consultation when I was hit with ...another judgement, after helping me fill out the paperwork to protect my assets, they looked over my file again and I decided to go ahead with the bankruptcy. Where I really saw the difference in lawyers was during the meetings with the trustee. I felt that my interests were represented better than most of the people that went through the process that day. Since then I have had a few questions come up and have received a detailed response within a business day.
