Excellent Credit and Identity Theft Lawyer

I had a horrible situation with HUGE Identity Theft and then Collection Agencies attempting to collect those debts. I was pretty much at my wits end when I contacted her. Ms Begnoche is superior in her manner and handling of those matters. We worked together for years on all my cases, and she did a ...fantastic job. Would highly recommend her services to anyone who needs this type of assistance.

Review for Suzanne R. Begnoche

Ms. Begnoche was recommend to me by another lawyer whose services were beyond my means. When I first met with her I was apprehensive that possibly the level of money you pay reflects the quality of legal service you get, in other words, a lawyer who is disinterested, unless there is a possible large ...return at the end of the case for them. Or perhaps she would be a lawyer who would have little respect for me, the client or that we would have little communication between us and I would have to chase them all the time. Suzanne Begnoche is NOT that lawyer. If you are in dire straits like I was, you would be lucky to have Ms. Begnoche as your legal advocate and on your side. She helped me settle a legal matter with an overly aggressive student loan company and Ms. Begnoche achieved an outcome for me that I was very happy with. She spent 10 months working on my case and not once, did I ever feel that she didn’t have time for me. Ms. Begnoche always called me back the same day or within 24hrs. She would also, always let me know when she would be out of the office. Ms. Begnoche was always patient and helpful with the numerous legal questions (I read and wanted to understand everything!) I had, even if it meant she had to repeat it several times. Finally, like any good lawyer you could hope for, Ms. Begnoche went after the student loan company after they continued to harass me during the lawsuit, which is prohibited under the law, she put a stop to it very quickly. I would definitely use Ms. Begnoche legal services again for any future legal matters.

Whether it's unfair debt collection, deceptive practices, or wrongful repossession, if she is willing to take on your case nobody will work harder for you than Suzanne."

"I endorse this lawyer. You won't likely find anyone who will fight as hard for you as I know Suzanne fights for her clients. She knows the law and she knows the courtroom. She loves fighting for what is right and she hates to see a person taken advantage of. When it comes to Consumer Credit Rights under federal and state laws, she is just about as good as you are going to find anywhere, in any state at all. If you are getting hassled by a debt collector, or is you just have a question about Credit Rights, she is your answer. She is more than good, she is very, very good. I highly recommend her to you. Take a look at her bio on Avvo.com and you'll think that too."
