Robert Norman Weckworth Jr

I have consulted Mr. Weckworth regarding my case and have decided to hire him. He spent a good deal of time going over the specifics and gave me a fair cost for his services. He was very attentive to my concerns and took the time to explain the issue at hand in detail. I will follow up with another r...eview after the case/court date.

I hired Mr. Weckworth in 2014 to handle a case for me (an appeal) that others thought I should just live with. He is the only attorney that I spoke with who thought I had a chance to get a judgement overturned, so I thought I'd go for it. He saw the injustice and fired me up. He was right. We got it ...dropped and everything turned out great. His big negative is communication. He's slow to return calls and that can be annoying, but he got the job done.

Mr. Weckworth did a remarkable job in representing me in a custody matter. My wife had abandoned me and our two daughters three years ago. We filed an action to terminate her rights, at which point she re-entered the picture and begged me to give her a second chance in being a parent. After extens...ive counseling and advice from Mr. Weckworth, I decided it was in the children's best interest to rehabilitate their relationship with their mother. We dropped the temination action and entered an Order with the Court granting me Full Custody of the children. My ex-wife has limited visitation, but it is definitely a start in the healing process between her and my daughters who are only 9 and 7 years old. It was definitely the right decision to make for the long run, and I am very grateful to Mr. Weckworth for his outstanding representation

hired him to help me deal with a traffic ticket, was my first ticket and was just trying to avoid points, he assured me that he could help and that I would pay the fine and the points would be waived. That didn't happen. I doubt that he even appeared on my behalf. The ticket became overdue and I had... to pay it online to avoid further court action, plus I was asessed 4 points. I have never heard from this Weckworth guy again. Have called numerous times and got no response.

Bob did a fantastic job limiting my liability in a federal civil lawsuit, saving me thousands of dollars in fines, fees and costs. I NEVER had a problem communicating with Bob by either email, text, or phone. He is straight forward, honest, and doesn't give you false hope. He went above and beyond ...in his efforts, and I highly recommend him.
