I was recently served with a child support order from my ex wife as I am in another state ,it took alot of research to find a good attorney and once I connected with Robert he broke everything down by the book and represent me as I'm going through hard times and health issues ,he stood up for me and ...appeared in court to help me get a fair case and was able to extend while helping me gather up all my important documents for a fair case I would highly recommend him in any future cases as he put in the work and keep his word ,sometimes he's a little busy however what do u expect from a great attorney I am currently hiring him to help fight for me in a upcoming situation.

Bob has been my divorce lawyer for almost 2 years. He was great until my divorce was granted Feb 2017. After this he deserted me for my property settlement. I have literally begged him to get this settlement done. I cried out to him that I have almost used up all my savings just to make ends meet. He... has gone months without contacting me and has made no effort to get this settlement done despite the fact he took my money. I trusted Bob, don’t make the same mistake.

Mr Weckworth helped me reduce Child Support payments. The mother of my child refuses to work for 12 years..If she doesn't work, I have to pay more & ultimately the child gets less as he is without her contribution & stuck with her taking his money to support herself. She has now tried again to raise ...it instead of getting her own job. I am hiring Mr. Weckworth again to defend me and bring her continuous deliberate depression of income to the courts attention. I hired Mr. Weckworth to reduce my Child Support payment. Child Support refused to provide my correct wage amount to the court or properly acknowledge the mothers reported 12 year long unemployment or failure to disclose any wages (Aka, her free ride at me and my sons expense,.. sec-8, food stamps, s...upport, etc..) Child support tried to raise my payments by about $200+ yet instead Mr. Weckworth had it reduced by $100 as it was already higher than it was supposed to be. I was able to get a good result with Mr. Weckworth as I most assuredly would have wrongfully been eventually forced into a debtors prison for not being able to cough up an overinflated rate of money to hand over to a deadbeat that uses our child like a piggy bank so she can live like a lazy bum.....So all-in-all Mr. Weckworth handled the case very well!!!

I hired Mr. Weckworth in 2014 to handle a case for me (an appeal) that others thought I should just live with. He is the only attorney that I spoke with who thought I had a chance to get a judgement overturned, so I thought I'd go for it. He saw the injustice and fired me up. He was right. We got it ...dropped and everything turned out great. His big negative is communication. He's slow to return calls and that can be annoying, but he got the job done.
