Hired him for a legal matter that he promised positive results and had full knowledge of. He took the $500.oo retainer and then became impossible to get in contact with. I had to call from different phones to get him to eventually answer. Came to find out from another attorney that there was no sense... in filing this petition because I did not fit the description of this new law. Sent him an Email regarding this, never heard from him again. Weckworth obviously didn't know the law or he did, and needed to make a car payment. Either way, I'm out $500.oo. Posted this review 12-7-14 and some how it disappeared.

I hired Mr. Weckworth in 2014 to handle a case for me (an appeal) that others thought I should just live with. He is the only attorney that I spoke with who thought I had a chance to get a judgement overturned, so I thought I'd go for it. He saw the injustice and fired me up. He was right. We got it ...dropped and everything turned out great. His big negative is communication. He's slow to return calls and that can be annoying, but he got the job done.

I hired Robert in 2011 for an Estate issue that dragged on for 2 years but it was not his fault it was the other law firm. He stayed behind them for me and never charged me another penny. He is very knowledgeable and his fees were reasonable especially compared to what lawyers fees are today. The ...only issue that I had with him is sometimes it takes him a little more time than it should to get back to you but the reason for that is....He is a one man show! He probably should have some sort of part time clerical help with phone calls to clients but otherwise i would use him in a heartbeat and I probably will. I live in New Jersey but my issue was in North Carolina and he still never took advantage of the fact that I was long distance!!!
