Mr. Weckworth did a remarkable job in representing me in a custody matter. My wife had abandoned me and our two daughters three years ago. We filed an action to terminate her rights, at which point she re-entered the picture and begged me to give her a second chance in being a parent. After extens...ive counseling and advice from Mr. Weckworth, I decided it was in the children's best interest to rehabilitate their relationship with their mother. We dropped the temination action and entered an Order with the Court granting me Full Custody of the children. My ex-wife has limited visitation, but it is definitely a start in the healing process between her and my daughters who are only 9 and 7 years old.
