Molly N. Howard

Was referred to Molly Howard Law office by a family member to see Rebecca R. Costello. When I called to set up a consultation I was informed that Rebecca R. Costello no longer was at Molly Howard’s law firm even though her name was still on Mollys website and still is 30 days later. Set up an appoint...ment with another attorney (whose name is still not listed on Mollys website) and after a consultation hired this attorney to much of my regret! I will review that attorney in a separate review. Halfway thru the process of working with this attorney I emailed Molly to see if she would take the time to speak with me about some concerns I had and heard nothing!! My advice, do not hire this law firm especially if you’re a man!! My only hope is that this review will keep someone from giving them money for zero results. These people are only in business to take your money, not represent you like they advertise. Buyer beware!!!

Molly failed in providing the money and items due me when the settlement agreement required. Not only that but I was ignored requesting status. It was apparent she colluded with the other team. And still today, 3 months later, many e-mail and other communications were ignored I am still without pa...yment. I paid Molly thousands of dollars and received virtually nothing. I was then fired a s a client for pestering her with questions regarding the status. Molly is crooked.

Molly was great, she gave me the realistic view and was straight up with me on the situation. It wasn't what I wanted but again under the circumstances I really didn't have a choice. The 50b was dropped and even though I lost custody over false alegations she probably saved me money in the long run....

As a recent law school graduate, I can say that Molly Howard is one of the best attorneys that I have EVER met! I hired Molly Howard over a year ago to represent me in a child custody case. This led to a TEN DAY custody trial and was a total nightmare. Thanks to Molly, I survived this nightmare. ...She not only defended me to the best of her ability, but she calmed me, reassured me, and she was very honest about the outcomes I could face. I highly recommend Molly Howard.

I hire Molly to negotiate an unfair separation agreement from my ex. She did absolutely nothing to benefit my case. Due to her "math" I ended up paying more a month than the separation agreement asked for. The only answer she could give was "It's the law". My child now lives in an unsuitable environm...ent and I'm paying a highly unreasonable amount in child support due to her incompetence. I have recently consulted another lawyer to re-evaluate the agreement who has told me that she was clearly looking out for my ex, and not my best interest at all. He said I should be paying less than half of what I'm currently paying. Plus she ended up charging me more than double what she originally quoted. I was a fool for believing that she was doing what was best for me. I would only recommend this lawyer to a female who has been unfaithful. She'll definitely take care of you.
