Molly N. Howard

Molly N. Howard has practiced exclusively in the area of family and marriage law since 1994. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Duke University, she studied at Wake Forest University School of Law. After graduating law school, Ms. Howard was licensed to practice law by the State of North Carolina in 1994. She has worked and lived in the High Point area since that time.   She represents a wide range of clients in the High Point, Greensboro, Asheboro, Thomasville, and Lexington communities and surrounding areas and maintains frequent and regular appearances in court in Guilford, Davidson, and Randolph Counties. 

Although there are a variety of fields that any attorney may specialize in, Ms. Howard has always focused on Family Law and finds it rewarding to assist people during times of crisis and transition.  Hiring an experienced family law attorney can make a long-term impact on the fairness of the settlement, and the outcome of a contested action.  Ms. Howard particularly emjoys helping families to resolve or litigate child custody issues.  It is important to meaningfully explore  settlemtn if at all possible, but Ms. Howard is prepared to thoroughly and effectively litigate her cases which require court action.  She is the parent of two grown children but  has managed to maintain a healthy balance between family life and the dedication that this field of practice requires, and prioritizes the importance of personal life and family time for her staff also. 

Ms. Howard practices in the Counties of Guilford, Davidson, Randolph, and Forsyth and is held in high regard by both the judicial staff and by her fellow attorneys in each of these communities. She often receives referrals from general practitioners and other family law attorneys who are in need of assistance in more difficult or highly contested matters.
