Molly was recommended to me by a close friend when in my time of serious need. Molly & team have worked diligently to help me through my situation and as we brought our matter to a conclusion, she gave me the opportunity to move forward in life without looking back and definitely satisfied with the o...utcome. I highly recommend Molly Howard Law to anyone seeking a professional to help you through any situation.

Sketchy Law Firm

Was referred to Molly Howard Law office by a family member to see Rebecca R. Costello. When I called to set up a consultation I was informed that Rebecca R. Costello no longer was at Molly Howard’s law firm even though her name was still on Mollys website and still is 30 days later. Set up an appoint...ment with another attorney (whose name is still not listed on Mollys website) and after a consultation hired this attorney to much of my regret! I will review that attorney in a separate review. Halfway thru the process of working with this attorney I emailed Molly to see if she would take the time to speak with me about some concerns I had and heard nothing!! My advice, do not hire this law firm especially if you’re a man!! My only hope is that this review will keep someone from giving them money for zero results. These people are only in business to take your money, not represent you like they advertise. Buyer beware!!!

Dont hire her if you are a man

I unfortunately hired Molly to handle a difficult custody case with my daughter. Another review above said that it seemed like she wasn't looking out for her male client's issues, and I felt the exact same way. I spent thousands of dollars trying to fight to see my child and she treated my case lik...e I was just some guy that couldnt care less about anything. I had a difficult time getting in touch with her and her office on numerous occasions, and I felt like I got billed way too much for way too little results. The triad has a large selection of family law attorneys and I would suggest you research before you hire anyone.

Awesome Atty

I hired Molly Howard after being referred by my sister and my daughter. She handled my separation agreement and Alimony settlement. She advised me on what I need to get together and asked me questions I didn’t even think about. She was able to accomplish more than I ever dreamed of. Her assistants ar...e wonderful. I could call or email at anytime and always got thru to someone and questions answered. She also is very efficient and I never over charged and I would recommend her so highly.

Absolutely brilliant lawyer

Molly was recommended to us. We had previously been to court the year before & lost our case. This time with Molly on our side, we knew we had someone that was a lot more confident with all the evidence that we had, there was no way we could lose. She definitely dots every “I” and crosses every “t”. ...Molly is the most thorough family law lawyer I have ever met. When she walks into a courtroom she owns that courtroom all the way to the end!!! We were very blessed to have had her as our lawyer and would use her again in the future if needed.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
