After earning a bachelor's degree from Duke University, Kevin graduated from Wake Forest Law. He is qualified to practice law before all North Carolina state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.
When Kevin is not fighting for the rights of his clients, he enjoys exercise, golf and spending time with his wife, who is a talented litigator in her own right with the firm of Winston & Strawn, and traveling to see his 2 boys at their respective universities.
