Kevin J. Williams

Kevin J. Williams is a personal injury attorney in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, with over 27 years of legal experience. Mr. Williams is the founder of the Law Office of Kevin J. Williams, PLLC, and serves clients in Greensboro and Winston-Salem, the High Point metropolitan area, and throughout the state of North Carolina.

Mr. Williams handles many types of serious and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases including tractor-trailer wrecks, other motor vehicle cases, and premises liability cases such as trampoline park injuries.

Outside of his law practice, Kevin is passionate about serving his local community and supports many charitable organizations. He is also a former President and Chairman of H.O.P.E of Winston-Salem, a nonprofit organization committed to feeding hungry children in and around Winston-Salem.

After earning a bachelor's degree from Duke University, Kevin graduated from Wake Forest Law. He is qualified to practice law before all North Carolina state and federal courts, as well as the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 4th Circuit.

When Kevin is not fighting for the rights of his clients, he enjoys exercise, golf and spending time with his wife, who is a talented litigator in her own right with the firm of Winston & Strawn, and traveling to see his 2 boys at their respective universities.
