Christopher Anthony Beechler

My case was unusual. I had a 4.5 year old pending charge on my record that had never been served to me. I needed the charge gone almost immediately so that I could start a new job due to the charge showing as pending on my background check. I contacted upwards of 30 lawyers and Chris Beechler got bac...k to me about an hour after I contacted his firm. I told him my unusual circumstances and he assured me he was confident he could have my charge dismissed by the state before Friday afternoon. I retained Mr. Beechler. After I did, I heard from a few other lawyers in the area that told me nothing could be done unless I was served the court papers. Which, to be clear, would have involved me traveling from Minnesota to North Carolina just to handle this. By 11:30am the next day, I had been contacted by Chris informing me that the charge was going to be dismissed by the state and he was expediting the paperwork to reflect this. At 12:00pm I had the copies of papers emailed to me and signed by the prosecutor which was more than sufficient for me to start my new employment opportunity. Chris Beechler exceeded all my expectations and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering hiring him.

If you told me last year I'd be writing a review for a lawyer that helped me with a criminal case I would have laughed at you. It wasn't funny when it happened though, it was terrifying. I had never been in trouble before. That's when Chris Beechler showed up to his firm on a Saturday that he had sch...eduled off to do a consultation with me. After describing the situation, I'll never forget what this (until an hour ago) stranger said to me: "I'm confident you're going to be okay, and this is going to be scary, but I am ALWAYS just a phone call away". Fast forward 5 months to my case getting dismissed. We leave the courtroom and Chris immediately shakes my hand and thanks me... what does he have to be thankful for? It felt like he had saved my life and he was thanking me? He noticed the confusion on my face and elaborated; going on to describe my cooperation and how much it meant to him..months of anxiety and stress and moments after it was over I was being thanked by the person who was solely responsible for taking that fear away. This is the kind of service you can except from Chris. A peer, a mentor, and a calm mind in what is inevitably a rough time in your life.
