Christopher Anthony Beechler

My wife and I contacted Mr. Beechler about a petition for the SOR to be removed. It wasn't long before I was contacted, and had a meeting scheduled on the books. We hired Mr. Beechler that day. There was a process that took some time to gather all of the pertinent information Chris wanted but I got i...t. Mr. Beechler tried like Hell to get me in before the court broke for Christmas but it was the D.A. dragging their feet. By the middle of January Mr. Beechler had me on the court calendar. We went in front of one of the toughest judges in Surry Co., Judge Puckett. If you live in Surry County you know she isn't to be trifled with. Knowing Judge Puckett's history I was rather nervous, Chris calmed me down to a state where I was just nervous, if we failed that day I had to wait another 365 days. Chris told me not to worry I had done everything and then some and there shouldn't be any reason for the petition to not be granted. Needless to say that was his opinion and of course mine as well. It was still Judge Puckett's decision to make. Mr. Beechler presented the evidence the D.A. spoke, I held onto every word the D.A. spoke as if my life depended on it, in a way it was. Being on that registry is a prison of it's own. Chris and I looked at each other and knew the D.A.'s words were favorable but it's still Judge Puckett's decision. Moments felt like hours, Judge Puckett looked up and she granted the petition. Success!!!! Mr. Beechler done a Great Job. After the petition was granted we met outside and I told Mr. Beechler it was worth every penny. He was just as excited for me and my family as I was. If you're ever in legal trouble or in need of advice, it's worth every penny to seek counsel of Mr. Chris Beechler. Every email I sent, every phone call I made or my wife made, was responded to with a quick and proper response. Sometimes it was disappointing to hear but it was always truthful. I knew it was a shot in the dark trying to get onto the court calendar before the Christmas Break or the New Year, but Mr. Beechler did his job and got it on January's calendar in a very quick and expedient manner that I will still say he gave me a Christmas Gift. He gave me my life back and didn't shoot me no bull. I knew what I was getting into when I hired Mr. Beechler. Everything was in the court's hands. From the date being set, the words the D.A. would utter, to the final decision the judge would make. That was out of Mr. Beechler's control. He even offered to find me someone cheaper, after speaking with him for 30 minutes I didn't care what it took to hire this man. Some are just chasing the almighty dollar, I can honestly say that this man took a SMALL petition and made it as IMPORTANT as his BIGGEST CASE. I don't know if Mr. Beechler will see this but I hope he does. Thank you and your staff again. Your kindness and understanding and thoroughness will never be forgotten.
