About Jan
Biography
I have practiced law since 1994 focusing on Personal Injury and Social Security Disability law. I am proud to say that we have been resposible for obtaining over $200 million dollars in awards to our clients.
In addition, 2007 laws changed allowing attorneys to represent Veterans in the pursuit of VA disability benefits. I am humbled to say that I have been representing Veterans nationwide for almost 10 years now, with over $15 million dollars in total awards paid directly to our veterans!
These three practice areas, Personal Injury, Social Security and Veteran Disability, are my firm's heart and soul. I am a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Rpresentatives(NOSSCR), National Organization of Veterans' Advocates(NOVA) and The National Trial Lawyers(NTL). Also, my husband and I have also founded a non-profit organization, Walk4Vets, that provides funding for our Veterans in need.
In addition to practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my husband of 23 years and my two sons, Spencer(12) and Hayden(18). We enjoy going to sporting events, riding bikes and snow skiing.

I'm very happy with the service I received from the Jan Dils group... Everyone was very helpful and my lawyer (HK) and case workers was great.... The only problem I have is the process took so long... I'm still waiting on my back pay and it's been over 10 weeks... SSA needs help bad... Thanks Jan...
