Jan Dils

This review is brutally honest. I worried for over two years whether or not I would be approved. I heard all the horror stories of people worse off than me being declined and had no idea how I would survive if I had been denied so when my phone consultation was scheduled with the attorney (Laronda), ...was anxious but prepared. Then no one called. I waited for nearly an hour and called Jan Dils office. The attorney rescheduled my consultation for two weeks later and again no call so I asked for a different attorney . My new attorney was Corey Lowe. I spoke with him for approximately 25 minutes going over the details of my case and that was that. When you see billboards and watch Jan Dils commercials you expect the attorneys to be the best at what they do and Corey was just that. The day of my hearing the judge asked me only routine questions such as name dob etc… that was it., Corey did all the work and explained my issues better than I ever could have. In fact, the judge complimented him on how well prepared my case was. The lesson I would like to share is be patient, speak up if you need to and when you do have a consultation try to be as best prepared as possible by writing things down. Having said that, I forgot lots of things but the staff at Jan Dils did not and addressed it at trial. I highly recommend these folks, especially attorney Corey Lowe.

.I just want to say JanDils went above and beyond my expectations. I had lost my Social Security hearing and my lawyer told me to find a lawyer to represent me for the VA I was on a website and an instant message from JanDils came up and it was a girl named Tina who asked if she could help me with a ...social security or VA disability question.Anyway Tina asked me if I could send her permission to have her look at my VA file to see if she could help me. I gave her permission she sent me a package I filled it out and that was it. I filled out the package sent it back and didn't hear nothing for about a year. Then I got a phone call from JanDils requesting me if I would see a psychiatrist. JanDils would pay for the psychiatrist unless I won then I would have to pay JanDils back and that would be a good thing to pay JanDils back if JanDils wins. So I went and saw the psychiatrist it was a phone call only to find out that I had a avoidant personality disorder which the VA have never diagnosed me with . I had been seeing a counselor and nurse practitioners for five years once a month and never did they diagnosed me with an avoidant personality disorder. So another year goes by and the VA got in touch with me to have me see a psychiatrist that they hired only to show that I had the same diagnosis from JanDils psychiatrist.Two different psychiatrists same diagnosis. JanDils got me 70% for my anxiety because she hired a psychiatrist at her expense because she knew that there was a serious problem here that the VA was not recognizing. I am 55 years old and this avoidant personality disorder has been with me my whole life and JanDils is the one who got me help. I originally went to JanDils for my feet which is where I injured in Bud's basic underwater demolition SEAL training. I already had 30% for my feet and she got me 50% for my feet. she also put in a claim for my ankle which I also got 10% . JanDils also got me 40% for my right arm where I tore a tendon when I fell because of my feet and I had surgery that did not take.I started with 60% before I hired JanDils by the time I got done she had me at 190% disabilities which I only need to get a hundred percent. What that extra 90% did for me though was she got me extra pay I ended up with over $40,000 and that was after she got paid so that's enough for me to get a good car to put my Walker in So I can get to my appointment.Please give JanDils a shot they saved my life you got nothing to lose and everything to gain please get in touch with Jan dilis .also i paid nothing out of my own pocket. I was having a problem with all the advertisements for lawyers. I decided to go with Jan Dills. She is from my local area. She seemed like someone who had difficulties in her own life, so figured she would be someone who understood mine. And she was very supportive. Her staff was always willing and ...eager to provide any information I needed. My appointed lawyer was also very well informed. I would recommend the firm to everyone.

I was referred to Jan Dils Law firm by a family member that had used her. From the first time i spoke to them on the phone to my final time with them, they kept me informed of what was going on. Anytime I had a question they would always return my call and answer my question. My hearing went all the ...way to the hearing level, my hearing was held by Video Hearing, so I was not sure to what expect. My Attorney Gowan was brilliant, he presented my case in a way that i had never thought of myself. He helped to take away any doubts I may have had and I can still here the judges final words. I find you fully disabled, and i just sank into my chair, 3 YEARS and fight was over. So anyone on here that says anything bad about this law firm. Well maybe the problem was not them but YOU instead. They are most professional, knowledgeable and compassionate group of people i have ever worked with. It did help that I had taken many classes on Testifying in Court , Gowan again presented my case in a way that there was only one way to rule. So i would recommend Jan Dils Attorney and her army of Disability Lawyers, Case Workers and workers to anyone i see. I hope this makes it to her page, because there should be zero negative comments about her firm. If your young and able to work i suggest work,because they will know if you are able to. I went before what was described to me as the most conservative judge and had the lowest approval percentage i verified this for myself, but i never saw a more concerned judge , his job is easier if the lawyer has presented the case correctly.
