I've been relying on Jan Dils' services for several years, and my experience has been exceptional. Although the battle for an increase in service connection has been prolonged, this is largely attributable to VA wait times, not the firm's efforts. The team at Jan Dils, particularly Noah, Leah, Josh, ...and anyone else I may have missed, has consistently demonstrated their dedication. Their responsiveness is noteworthy; emails are consistently answered within 48 hours. What sets them apart is their regular check-ins every three months, showcasing a genuine concern for my well-being and reminding me that they do care about me. My only regret is not contacting them right after my service. I was given advice to do it on my own because so many other veterans have done it. And to whoever those veterans, good for them. But if you are reading this review, most likely you're debating on getting a lawyer - I would recommend using Jan Dils for your claim to give you more hope of increasing your rating.
