The team of Melissa Lamb ,Sabrina Stanley , Jatana Boogs , all worked on getting my my SSDI case approved . They constantly communicated with me as to what was need of me and were my case stood on a monthly basis . Extremely Professional on time with everything that was needed to stay the course . ...Case approved and financially it couldn’t have been a better time . Kudos for the very experienced team of Jan Dils attorney at law . I have so much success working with this Office from my SSDI case to my VA DIsability cases ( 2 thumbs up )

As with any legal matter, it is emotional for those going through it. You definitely want a law firm such as Jan's on your side. They are working on my disability and it has been a complete pleasure to work with every person so far. This review is brutally honest. I worried for over two years whether or not I would be approved. I heard all the horror stories of people worse off than me being declined and had no idea how I would survive if I had been denied so when my phone consultation was scheduled with the attorney (Laronda), ...was anxious but prepared. Then no one called. I waited for nearly an hour and called Jan Dils office. The attorney rescheduled my consultation for two weeks later and again no call so I asked for a different attorney . My new attorney was Corey Lowe. I spoke with him for approximately 25 minutes going over the details of my case and that was that. When you see billboards and watch Jan Dils commercials you expect the attorneys to be the best at what they do and Corey was just that. The day of my hearing the judge asked me only routine questions such as name dob etc… that was it., Corey did all the work and explained my issues better than I ever could have. In fact, the judge complimented him on how well prepared my case was. The lesson I would like to share is be patient, speak up if you need to and when you do have a consultation try to be as best prepared as possible by writing things down. Having said that, I forgot lots of things but the staff at Jan Dils did not and addressed it at trial. I highly recommend these folks, especially attorney Corey Lowe.

This law firm had my disability case for 6 years. I did all the leg work. Specifically medical records. Very difficult to get hold of anyone for updates or progress, of which there never was. Because they were doing nothing. One hearing before a judge. A paralegal showed up 5 minutes before the heari...ng. Knew absolutely nothing about my case and attempted to "cram" info from me. Literally laughed out of the courtroom by the judge. I fired this firm and hired a local attorney who works alone but a high success rate. I received my disability 5 months later. Jan Dios supoenaed the court for part of my backpay and received after doing absolutely nothing. This is nothing more than a social security mill. With thousands of cases and numerous offices even if they are successful in 1 of 5 cases, they're making millions of dollars annually. Stay away from this firm!
