Jason Vaughan Wolfrey

I am from out of state & got a speeding ticket in a work zone in Virginia which would get me get suspended from my job where I carry a CDL. I contacted Mr. Wolfrey &him & Susan made me feel very comfortable . He made no promises with the outcome but did his homework on the laws of a CDL. The outcome ...was amazing he got me a defective equipment violation which is a non moving violation & carried no points. He definitely went beyond my expectation & I HIGHLY recommend him for anyone's legal needs!

I am very pleased with Jason Wolfrey in the way he handled my Speeding ticket. He explained every detail and procedure carefully which made me at ease and he accomplished exactly what he said he would. For you see, I am a resident of Louisiana now and far removed from my home of the Common Wealth of ...VA-MD-PA. He managed to get points taken away as he said he would too. I learned a lot and am truly thankful. I definitely would recommend him to anyone. I definitely will seek his help in the future if I happen to foolishly do something wrongfully again.. Thank you!

I was taken to court by my former landlord for breech of contract. I contacted Jason and explained the situation. I had recently bought a house, and gave previous landlord a sixty day notice of vacating. They were trying to sue me for well over seven thousand dollars. I was living with mold, and docu...mented and supplied pics of my living conditions for the past three years. Jason, who doesn't normally deal with these cases, took my case, and got me out of the slumlord hole. He is fantastic, and helped me to walk away, without having to pay a slumlord for unreasonable charges; not to mention the uninhabitable conditions that I endured for the prior years. The slumlord, after his wonderful consulatatikn, walked away without anything, and bailed me out without having to deal with them any further. Hire this guy. I'm just a guy that could actually fight against this particular property management company due to my finances, and Jason helped me tremendously. Thanks again Jason! Glad we got to meet in the courthouse after I received my marriage license to my wonderful wife!!!! Lawyer finders- give this guy the time of day!!!! Excellent service as well as my first lawyer experience that ended in our favor!

Obviously reviews are based on personal experience. I realized the infraction was mine and its my responsibility to contact Mr. Wolfery's office to make sure I am providing him with everything they needed. He spoke with me in great lengths prior to hiring him and answering any and all questions I had.... Susan in his office was more than helpful and respectful throughout the process. It is not a happy or fun situation but Im more than pleased with how the process went.
