My daughter was pulled over for going 52 in a 35. She has a clean record and is a great student. Mr. Wolfrey managed to get it reduced to a non-moving violation and no points. From my 1st contact with both, Mr. Wolfrey and Susan, I felt I was in good and competent hands. My initial consultation was followed up by Susan's communication via email and phone. I had been given a reckless driving ticket in Virginia for doing 86/65 on I-77 in Virginia. This was my first major ticket but after looking up Reckless Driving in Virginia consequences I was very concerned about losing my license. I quickly hired Mr. Wolfrey and was in touch with his secretary Susan... who walked me step by step through the law process. I did not know what to expect when my trial date came but all I could do was sit and wait. Susan emailed me immediately after the trial with my disposition. My hefty ticket was reduced to a non moving violation with no points and a minor fine. Mr. Wolfrey is an amazing lawyer, as well as Susan, and anyone else in a situation like mine would be lucky to hire them!

Obviously reviews are based on personal experience. I realized the infraction was mine and its my responsibility to contact Mr. Wolfery's office to make sure I am providing him with everything they needed. He spoke with me in great lengths prior to hiring him and answering any and all questions I had.... Susan in his office was more than helpful and respectful throughout the process. It is not a happy or fun situation but Im more than pleased with how the process went.
